Sublime Restaurant - Sublime, one of the most recent entrants on the fine dining scene in north Goa, has a soothing ambience and serves excellent food. The service is knowledgeable with host Alan coming out to discuss your order. Check out the specials for the day, but from the regular menu do try the cucumber and prawn cold soup, gingered calamari and marinated blue marlin-with Dijon mustard over green moong dal and white wine sauce.
