CPL Winners List

In 2013,The Cricket West Indies introduced the Caribbean Premier League funded by Ajmal Khan,Founding member of Verus International, a Barbados-based merchant bank. It's in Twenty20 format and the tournament is in Double round robin and Playoffs format. There are six teams,which participate in the tournament every year.

3. On 16th September, 2018,Trinbago Knight Riders won their third Caribbean Premier League against Guyana Amazon Warriors by 8 wickets. The tournament was held at Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba, Trinidad and Tobago. The Riders won the toss and chose to field first. St Lucia Zouks was All out at 154 runs in 20 overs,whereas Trinbago Knight Riders 157 runs in 18.1 overs with the loss of 2 wickets. Lendl Simmons was the Player of the Match and Kieron Pollard was the Player of the Series.
