Asia, the biggest continent on Earth, is home to the largest land area with 44,614,000 square kilometers and an estimated population of 4.7 billion which is more than half of the world’s population. There are around 50 countries in Asia and the continent acquires almost 30% of the land area on the Earth and 8% of the total Earth area. Asia touches the Indian, Pacific, and Arctic Oceans. Russia, the largest country by landmass, is found in Asia. It also consists of the two most densely populated nations of the world, China and India. Many religions, such as Hinduism, Islam, and Buddhism originated in this place. Mount Everest, the highest mountain peak on the globe, is situated in Asia. The Yangtze River in China is the longest river in Asia.

The Nile River, traversing numerous African nations, serves as the primary water source for Egypt, Sudan, and South Sudan. The continent also boasts the Sahara, the largest desert on the planet. Africa experiences direct sunlight year-round due to the equator running through its center. Within Africa, you'll find Ethiopia, recognized as the hottest region in the world. With 70% of the world's cocoa bean production originating from Africa, the continent holds a significant position in the chocolate industry. Additionally, Africa has been acknowledged as the Cradle of Humankind, serving as the ancestral home where our earliest predecessors emerged.

The World’s largest economy, the USA, resides in North America and it is also the most populated nation in the continent. Mexico City is the most populous city on the continent with an estimated residents of 20 million. North America has the distinction of having the world’s biggest island, i.e., Greenland. Over a length of 3,767 km, the Missouri River runs through seven states in the United States, and when it joins the Mississippi River to create one of the largest river systems on the globe. Lake Superior, which is situated in the USA, holds the distinction of being the largest among the Great Lakes.

Australia is the smallest continent in the 7 continents of the world with 8,511,000 square kilometers of land area. The main Australian continent covers an estimated population of 40 million individuals. Australia, classified as both a continent and a country, encompasses mainland Australia, Tasmania, and various smaller surrounding islands. It stands as the sole nation on the planet that occupies an entire continent, earning it the moniker of the "Island Continent." This continent contains 2 countries only namely Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea. Mount Kosciuszko, towering at an impressive height of 2,228 meters, claims the title of the highest mountain in Australia. Spanning an extensive distance of 3,500 kilometers, the Great Dividing Range takes precedence as Australia's longest mountain range. Flowing through a staggering length of 2,508 kilometers, the Murray River is the longest river in Australia. Sydney stands as the country's most populous city, accommodating over 5 million inhabitants.
